Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the pilaf. Put the stock with the rice and the salt in a saucepan and cook for 20-25 minutes. Add the lemon juice and continue cooking for approximately another 10 minutes until the rice is cooked.
- Step 2: Remove from the heat and add the butter, the lemon and lime zest, the thyme, stir lightly to combine and serve.
