Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the fish. Open up 1 sheet of baking paper. Arrange the sliced onions over the fish fillet sprinkled with flower of salt and green pepper.
- Step 2: Put the sliced garlic, the cherry tomatoes and the capers on the fish, and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Step 3: Drizzle with some olive oil and seal the baking paper like an envelope. Place it on a baking pan with the sealed part underneath. Follow the same procedure with the rest of the fillets.
- Step 4: Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes.
- Step 5: Remove from the oven, rip the envelopes open, just to the point where the fish is visible, and serve.
