Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Boil the lentils in plenty of water to which a little vinegar and the bay leaf have been added and cook for 45 mins.
  • Step 2: Mix the lemon juice, olive oil and pepper in a bowl.
  • Step 3: When the lentils are cooked, drain them and let them cool by placing them under running water.
  • Step 4: Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, combine them with the lentils, season to taste and add the grated feta cheese, the olive oil, lemon juice and the anchovy fillets.
