Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: A tasty and spicy dip, with the aromas of the Mediterranean, ideal to accompany tsipouro (grape distillate) or beer.
  • Step 2: Mix the dip well and refrigerate for 1 hour until all the aromas come out and the flavours of the ingredients are beautifully combined.
  • Step 3: Place the dip in a serving bowl, garnish with chives and serve with lasagna chips with spinach.

  • 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 green peppers (finely chopped)
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 60g olive oil

  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp chives (finely chopped)
