Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: How to make the vinaigrette. Whisk the mustard and vinegar in a bowl and mix in the oil, little by little. Add salt and pepper.
  • Step 2: How to make the salad. Wash and rub the potatoes clean, boil with the skin in salted water for 20΄ until soft. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • Step 3: After they have cooled down, cut in slices and mix with the rest of the herbs, apaki, caper leaves and vinaigrette.
