Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Clean, stem and slice the fresh mushrooms.
  • Step 2: Soak the dried mushrooms in hot water for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3: Heat a deep nonstick saucepan well, pour in the olive oil and stir in all the mushrooms - sauté well. Combine the onion and garlic, pour the wine in and wait until the alcohol evaporates. Add the water used for soaking the dried mushrooms and simmer until all excess liquid is absorbed. Finally, add the parsley, salt, pepper and the cubed cheese, allowing it to slowly melt.
  • Step 4: Serve as an appetizer or as a side dish served with meat.
