Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Cut the spinach, rocket and pickled vegetables in thick slices and place them in a deep platter.
- Step 2: Grill the manouri cheese on a grilling pan and place it over the vegetables.
- Step 3: Prepare the vinaigrette, beating all the ingredients together in a blender and pour it evenly over the salad.
- Step 4: Scatter the small wholewheat rusks on top and serve in a bowl.

- 200g assorted pickled vegetables
- pickled bulbs
- pickled vine sprouts
- capers soaked in water
- a few small rusks
- 1 spring onion
- 3-4 tbsps olive oil with orange
- 3-4 tbsps vinegar elixir
- 1tbsp cretan Sage - wild honey
- orange zest
- salt
- ground black pepper
