Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Prepare the greens. Place the greens, the onion, the finokio and the herbs in a large bowl and mix very gently. Set the greens aside.
  • Step 2: Prepare the sauce. Put the elixir, the olive oil, the cranberries, the mustard, the salt and the pepper into the mixer and blend. If the sauce is too thick, dilute it with 1-2 tbsp of water.
  • Step 3: Prepare the salad. Put a small amount of the sauce into the bowl with the greens. Mix gently. Spread the salad into a serving platter. Sprinkle with the almonds, the xynomizithra and drizzle with the rest of the sauce.
  • Step 4: Serve immediately. You can accompany the salad with a few small wholewheat rusks "VOTZAKIS".

  • ground black pepper
