Cretan dried cheese in wine stood out immediately since as soon as we released it, it was granted with the Silver Quality Award. A special cheese like this, which emerges aromas of wine, is ideally accompanied with a rosé wine from Xinomavro. We recommend rusks of oil, seasonal fruit and citrus marmalade to combine it with.
