Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Prepare the honey sauce. Put the honey in a saucepan, add the coriander, the cinnamon sticks and the sage and heat for 5 minutes, until the honey thins out and absorbs all the aromas of the spices and herbs. Wait until the sauce cools.
  • Step 2: Prepare the yoghurt sauce. Place the yoghurt, the cream cheese, the icing sugar and the vanilla in a bowl and stir together, very well, until the ingredients are combined.
  • Step 3: Prepare the dessert. Drizzle some water over the rusks for a few seconds and break them up into irregular pieces on a serving platter. Drizzle half of the quantity of the honey over them. Pour spoonfuls of yoghurt sauce, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, drizzle the rest of the honey sauce and serve.

  • 1tbsp whole coriander (crushed)
