Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Place the tagliatelle in a saucepan in fast-boiling salted water and cook for 9-10'. Do not overcook - the tagliatelle need to be al dente. When ready, strain the tagliatelle.
- Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan and sauté the sliced garlic, stirring gently until golden brown and fragrant.
- Step 3: Add the finely chopped parsley and the red hot chilly pepper. Gently stir in the drained pasta and cook for 1-2' on high heat. Serve immediately.
