Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the salad. Place the greens, the dill, the celery, the walnuts and the eel in a salad bowl and stir so that you mix them.
- Step 2: Prepare the dressing. Put the lemon juice, the ouzo, the salt, the pepper and the mustard in a bowl and beat with a whisk, gradually pouring in the olive oil at the same time.
- Step 3: Drizzle the salad with the dressing, mix gently and serve.
