Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the snails. Drain the snails from the brine and rinse them under plenty of water. Let them drain well.
- Step 2: Heat the olive oil and add the onion, the garlic and sauté for 5 minutes until they are soft. Add the snails and sauté for approximately 5 minutes. Pour in the wine and wait for 1 minute until it evaporates. Add the lemon juice, the salt, the pepper and cook for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Step 3: Remove from the heat and add the parsley. Stir to combine the snails and serve them warm.

- 3 cloves of garlic(finely chopped)
- 80g extra virgin olive oil
- 100ml white wine
- 1/2bunch parsley (finely chopped)
- the juice of 2 lemons
- salt
