Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a wide saucepan and sauté the onion.
- Step 2: Add the cabbage and let it soften gradually on medium heat.
- Step 3: Mix in the tomatoes and the spices, stir well and add the water.
- Step 4: Cook the food covering the saucepan with the lid for approximately 30 minutes.
- Step 5: When the cabbage is ready, season with salt and pepper.
- Step 6: Heat the olive oil in a wide and deep frying pan and add the pieces of pork. Sauté well on both sides and finish by pouring in the wine, season with salt and pepper.
- Step 7: Remove the pork fillet and serve over the cabbage in a deep dish.
