Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Prepare the spicy cheese sauce. Place the feta and the manouri cheese in a large bowl and break them up as much as you can, using a fork. Add the yoghurt, the olive oil, the cayenne pepper, the peppers, the oregano, the elixir and mix very well. Refrigerate the spicy cheese sauce for approximately 30 minutes until the flavours and the aromas have been beautifully combined.
  • Step 2: Prepare the bruschette. Arrange the slices of bread on a baking pan lined with baking paper and cook in preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, until they become crisp. Remove the bruschette from the oven and allow to cool.
  • Step 3: Top the bruschette with a spoonful of spicy cheese sauce, add 1 or 2 slices of salami and serve.

  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Florina peppers (finely chopped)
  • 1 baguette (cut into slanted slices)
  • 1 salami (sliced)
