Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Clean and wash the bassfish.
  • Step 2: Blot it dry, using absorbent paper napkin.
  • Step 3: Fillet the bass fish and marinade it for 5' in salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Step 4: Flour the bass fish, dip it in the beaten egg mixture and coat it with sliced almonds.
  • Step 5: Fry in very hot oil.
  • Step 6: Garnish each bass fish by sprinkling crumbed fish roe over it and serve.
