Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: For the dressing: Pour the vinegar into a bowl, season it with the salt and pepper and slowly add the olive oil while mixing until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
- Step 2: Making the salad: Stem the green beans, cut them into three pieces and blanch in boiling water for 3΄.
- Step 3: Remove the green beans from the hot water and dip them into a bowl of ice-cold water to cool off, while also allowing them to keep their rich green colour.
- Step 4: Bring together the green beans with the red bell peppers, the chopped spring onions and the lettuce leaves in a salad bowl.
- Step 5: Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
