Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Place the egg yolk, garlic, salt and pepper in the blender. Beat on medium speed until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
- Step 2: When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add the olive oil gradually beating continuously.
- Step 3: When the mixture starts to thicken, add the vinegar.
- Step 4: Serve the mayonnaise in a bowl as a dip for vegetable sticks, potato chips, lasagna chips, crackers etc.
