Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Heat the milk, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan and mix with a whisk until it starts boiling.
- Step 2: Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water in an uncovered saucepan until quite soft. Once the milk has boiled, add the strained gelatin sheets and finally pour in the fresh cream mixing well.
- Step 3: Strain the mixture through a chinoise in an uncovered saucepan. Serve in glasses of your choice and refrigerate for 2-3h, until cold enough.
- Step 4: Drizzle some slightly diluted cherry jam on the top just before serving the panna cotta.
