Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Place the octopus in a saucepan with a little water and boil it on low heat together with the onions, olive oil and oregano, until tender.
- Step 2: When it is almost ready, add the tomatoes, the rest of the water, the rice, nutmeg, salt and pepper and allow it all to simmer together.
- Step 3: Serve in deep soup plates while it is still hot and garnish with the finely chopped parsley.

- 1 kg cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 kg onions - sliced
- 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
- Oregano
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 700 ml water
- 200g Long grain white rice
- Coarse salt
- pepper
- parsley - finely chopped
