Step by Step Instructions
  • Step 1: Soak the beans in plenty of water overnight.
  • Step 2: The following day drain the beans in a strainer and let them boil in plenty of fresh water.
  • Step 3: Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and thyme.
  • Step 4: When the beans have become soft, add all the vegetables to them in the saucepan.
  • Step 5: Finally, add the olive oil and seasoning and spread the pickled grape vine tendrils on top.
  • Step 6: Serve hot in deep soup plates.

  • 200g whole tomatoes
  • 60g tomato paste
